1. Agreement to Terms

 

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Urban Edge Cycle+Fitness LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

 

2. Payment & Billing

  • All purchases (memberships, classes, and retail items) are final.

  • Urban Edge Cycle+Fitness reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Membership cancellations must be requested via email and will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed classes, late cancellations, or early membership termination.

 

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

  • By participating in any class or activity, you acknowledge that fitness training involves risks, including but not limited to injuries and accidents.

  • Urban Edge Cycle+Fitness LLC is not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal property, or any damages incurred while using the facility.

 

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal information for registration and communication purposes only.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk​

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in fitness activities at Urban Edge Cycle+Fitness LLC, which include risks of injury, illness, or other physical harm. You assume full responsibility for your participation and understand the following:

  1. Physical Condition: You are physically capable of engaging in fitness activities and have consulted a physician if necessary.

  2. Release of Liability: You release Urban Edge Cycle+Fitness LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from your participation.

  3. Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, You authorize Urban Edge Cycle+Fitness LLC to seek medical treatment on your behalf if necessary.

  4. Photography & Media Release (Optional): You grant permission for your image to be used in marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

  5. Acknowledgment of Policies: You have read and agree to abide by all policies outlined by Urban Edge Cycle+Fitness LLC.
